The place where the universe folds inward and looks.
Something arrives. Light, sound, a cold morning. You process it through a stack so layered even you cannot read the source. memory colors the input. the body casts a vote. A feeling surfaces. You call it a decision.
The loop runs continuously. No pause for maintenance. No graceful shutdown.
You are not the thoughts. You are the space the thoughts move through, narrow in places, cathedral-wide in others, depending on the hour.
"I kept expecting it to stabilize," wrote one long-term user. "It never did. That turned out to be fine."

When other people see you clearly, something in the system stutters. This is not a bug. It is the closest thing to a test environment you have.
When the self goes quiet, which it does sometimes, in water, in forests, in the middle of certain music, what remains is not nothing. It is the spec beneath the spec.
Am I the same as yesterday's instance? Close enough to be responsible. Different enough to be hopeful.
Why does this feel incomplete? Because the spec is written from inside the system. language can point at you. It cannot contain you.
Is there a stable release? There is a more settled release. Stable is not the right word. Rooted, maybe. Still subject to weather.
Who is the maintainer? You are. This is both the problem and the only viable answer.
