A value that exists independent of whether anyone is currently comfortable with it.
Truth operates as a background process. It does not require your acknowledgment to run. It does not send notifications. It accumulates in the heap until the system cannot ignore it, then it surfaces during the worst possible moment, usually a Tuesday, usually in front of people.
