What it actually is

A temporary meat-based container for running consciousness, distributed across approximately 37 trillion cells with no single point of control and zero uptime guarantee.

How it works

The body operates as a loosely federated system. No central authority actually governs it. The brain issues commands. Organs interpret those commands loosely. The gut maintains its own opinion. Blood serves as both courier and medium. The whole thing runs on converted sunlight, routed through plants and animals, metabolized into motion, thought, and occasionally poor decisions.

No native defense against loneliness, which causes measurable system degradation

Placebo effect confirms the body partially runs on narrative.
Two bodies in close proximity over time begin synchronizing breath and heart rate. No API documentation exists for this.
The body stores trauma in posture, tension, and gut behavior long after the originating event is gone.

FAQ

Does it come with a manual? No. A large volume of medicine has been written to approximate one. Still incomplete.

Can I upgrade it? Cosmetically. Structurally, within limits. The base hardware is fixed at compile time.
